The thank you page is the final thing your patients see after submitting a form, and it’s your chance to leave a good impression. By customizing this page, you can give your patients further instructions and create a more pleasing patient experience.
Here’s how:
- In Patient Engage, open the Forms Manager in the Communications section.
- Click your desired template.
- Click Form Settings at the top of the page.
- Type a custom thank you message unique to this form.
- When you finish your message, click Save.
