The thank you page is the final thing your patients see after submitting a form, and it’s your chance to leave a good impression. By customizing this page, you can give your patients further instructions and create a more pleasing patient experience.

Here’s how:

  1. In Patient Engage, open the Forms Manager in the Communications section.
  2. Click your desired template.
  3. Click Form Settings at the top of the page.
  4. Type a custom thank you message unique to this form.
  5. When you finish your message, click Save.
